The Cohorted Beauty Box subscription works one month in advance, meaning you will receive your first Beauty Box between the 1st and the 15th of the following month. For example if you sign up in January, your first beauty box will be the February curation. All of our boxes are hand wrapped by our in-house team using 100% sustainable packaging. We use reliable postage services, using only 48 hour recorded delivery, to dispatch straight to your door.

Payment for your first Beauty Box will be taken upon signing up. You will then be billed on a rolling monthly basis between the 1st and 3rd of each month. Our subscription is entirely flexible, allowing you to cancel or pause your subscription at any time. When resuming your subscription, please note that our monthly billing operates on a one-month advance cycle, with payments processed on the 1st of each month. For example, if you resume your subscription on 20th April, the payment will be taken on 1st May, covering your purchase of June’s beauty box. You can simply process the request from your account area or send a request directly to our customer service team before the last day of each month.

All parcels are dispatched using a Tracked delivery service. You can expect to be updated via email and text message on the status of your order as it travels to your door. Our returns policy is convenient and stress-free. All orders have a 14 day money back guarantee, enabling simple returns which can be arranged via our customer service team. Please note: Due to international shipping regulations and restrictions, we are unable to send perfumes or aerosols through our services to any international destination. This restriction is in line with the global regulations that prohibit the transportation of items classified as dangerous goods, which includes flammable liquids and gases. We cannot offer replacements for any samples or full-sized products that fall under the category of prohibited items.
